This is the perfect way to ‘come and try’ CrossFit Ask without any binding membership. Here we mix the best of personal training, boot camp and functional fitness.
Ask Camps are all about having fun, being active, meeting new people and trying some new movements. Together we will learn new skills and motivate each other to smash some high-intensity workouts.
We’ve developed a special program that combines the best of personal training, functional fitness and boot camps, so you can come and try CrossFit Ask.
Everyone in the local community can join and no membership is required.
Our next camp commences in Week 42
1 session per week for 10 weeks.
2 sessions per week for 5 weeks.
There are 3 different options:
1x 60 minute session per week
Tuesday – 9:00 am
Thursday – 8:10 pm
2x 60 minute sessions per week
Tuesday + Thursday – 7:00pm
