Increase the joy of exercise, movement, a healthy lifestyle and unity through functional fitness and personal guidance. For teens aged 13 – 15 years old, limited to 6 places & camp will be run in the evening hours after school.

Ask Teens Camp combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high-intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as the aim to establish a lifetime love of fitness.
The camp will develop and increase physical competence and skills in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
As one example of our objectives, we will help teens learn the points-of-performance of foundational movements that have a universal application: for example, developing motor recruitment pathways, ensuring safe and efficient movement now as well as into the future.
Ask Teens Camp offers teenagers the opportunity to learn how to work out, but it also teaches them the essence of focus, perseverance, dedication and motivation. We’ll also help your teen achieve their goals in a fun, judgment-free environment surrounded by their peers.
As they leave this program, the hope is that physical activity remains an integral part of their lives, whether as part of a continual journey toward general fitness or in search of optimal performance on the field of sport.
A primary mechanism for that is to constantly teach safe and efficient movement.
