With personal training, we provide you with focused one-on-one coaching, mentoring and motivation. Perhaps you would like to “work on a weakness” or focus on a specific goal?
Our PT sessions are available to everyone and can be purchased for one person or groups of two – no CrossFit Ask membership is required for PT.
Step 1 – Review
In the first session, we will discuss your health and fitness goals, and watch you move through some specific movement.
Step 2 – Plan
Next, we will prepare a training program and a timeline that suits your schedule.
Step 3 – Train
Once we have developed a training plan and agreed on some goals, we will coach you through regular PT sessions and give you some extra items to practice each week.
Step 4 – Achieve
All you have to do is trust the process. By following your PT program, you will achieve your goals in no time.
