We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. This includes some anonymous analytics, that tells us how our visitors find CrossFit Ask and navigate within the site.  By using this site, we assume you are accepting of this.  For this reason, we don’t use any annoying pop-ups.  As we believe that pop-ups should not be the first thing you see, when you arrive at our site.

Personal Data

Personal data is data and assessments that can be linked to an individual. Any personal information that is provided to CrossFit Ask via contact forms is securely stored within an offline data base, that is not disclosed to any third parties.  Any other data that is provided to us, through a third-party app or program, is disclosed within “specific policy” below.

Complaints & requests

Should you have any complaints or concerns regarding our data handling or privacy policy, we encourage you to first discuss your concern with the gym manager directly and in person, so that together you can agree the best course of action to address your concern.

CrossFit Ask uses Pushpress as their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Before or at the time of obtaining personal information, Pushpress identifies the purposes for which the information is collected.

Pushpress collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the purposes specified by Pushpress and for other compatible purposes unless Pushpress obtains the consent of the person concerned or by law.

Pushpress will only retain personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfil these purposes.

Pushpress gathers personal information in a legal and justifiable manner and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the person concerned.

Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which they are used, and to the extent necessary for these purposes, they should be accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Pushpress will protect personal information with reasonable security against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Why we collect data

We collect and process personal data for different purposes depending on the background of the processing and why we have come into contact with you.  We collect the following personal information for the purposes stated here:

• Reply to inquiries that come to us, where we will process names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and any personal information that may follow from the inquiry.  We have considered it so often necessary for us to help you with your enquiry.
  
  
• We process personal information for the contacts of our members, suppliers and other partners, as well as potential members and suppliers. The information processed is limited to contact information.
  
  
• Information you give us about you, through either explicit consent (by voluntarily providing your contact information in forms for contacting us or in registration to receive our services) is collected and used separately.
  
  
• The following information is stored in our case / file system and member system:
  – Name
  – Address
  – Birth number
  – E-mail address
  – Telephone number
  – Payment information.
  
  
• Contact information (if provided) will be accompanied by any messages / purchases from you that are received on the website and sent to the person responsible in CrossFit Ask or a hired third party with confidentiality as an intermediary, who answers the inquiry with the correct follow-up.  If we have more relevance to communicate after answering your response, we will contact you using the contact information you have provided. You can notify us via email if you do not want this.
  
  
• The information sent via email directly or entered in the contact form is stored to provide the service in question. Please note that inquiries you send directly via email are not encrypted. We encourage you not to send confidential, sensitive or other confidential information via email or through the form on our website.
